Privacy policy

This policy describes the personal data alixintelligence.lu processes and what we do with it. It covers the public website. The Alix, Legalalix, Fidalix, Immalix and ArchAlix platforms are governed by their own terms and by the contract with each customer.

The data we receive
You do not have to give us anything to read the site. It sets no cookie and uses no analytics or advertising tool.
If you fill in the demo request form, we receive what you write in it: your name, email address, organisation, sector and, if you add it, your need. If you email us directly, we receive your message and your address.
Like any website, our host technically processes your IP address and the information your browser sends, to show you the pages and protect the site from abuse.
Why we use it
Form data is used only to answer your request: to contact you, arrange a demonstration and make you an offer. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Technical data is used to run and secure the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not add you to any newsletter without your consent.
Who has access
Requests are read by the Alix Intelligence team. They pass through technical providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and delivers the form, and Microsoft, which hosts our email.
These providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as it takes to handle it, then at most three years after our last exchange if no contract follows. If you become a customer, the data is covered by the contract.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a readable format. Write to s.portelada@alixintelligence.lu. We answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Requests are sent to a single company address and are not stored in any database on the site.
